Instructions
- Login in to Power BI using your netid@ucsb.edu and ucsbnetid password.
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) with DUO is required to login to Power BI.
- Accept the DUO login request on your phone.

To open Power BI Apps on the Home page

Click Apps on the menu on the left.

Click the "Get Apps" button on the top right corner of the page.

Click on the "Organizational Apps" tab and click the "Get it Now" link for the app that you want.

Some users might have multiple accounts for Power BI. If you don’t see the content that you expect to see, please check to make sure you are not logged in with a different account. If this is the case, log off from your other account, and log in with netid@ucsb.edu. Please see a screenshot below.
